New to our range is a selection of single origin cocoa liquor or what also called cocoa mass made from the fantastic cacao selection in our range!!
Think organic Madagascar Sambirano, Venezuela Carenero and 15 more special cocoa from renown co-ops and plantations!
The liquor is made from roasted and winnowed cacao and then ground to 20 micron… BUT… other options are available if you are after a rough paste for example or specific product.
